Our groups and committess
Neurodiversity at tails.com is for people who are neurodiverse and provides a space for sharing advice, problems and most importantly memes. As well as supporting neurodiverse people in the group we provide education and support for the rest of the company on a range of neurodiversity topics.
The LGBTQ+ Group at tails.com provides a private, by invitation only, space for pack members to simply be themselves. Not everyone in the group is out and there’s no obligation to share anything you might not be comfortable with. Members of our LGBTQ+ Group also have a hand in planning our Pride celebrations each year.
Diversity & Inclusion
D&I steering group - which sets the direction and action plan for diversity & inclusion at tails.com. In this group, we’ve discussed topics like gender identity and how to make people feel welcome and included when joining tails.com.

Black Lives Matter workgroup - which is focused on increasing our knowledge of the impact of racial inequalities so that we actively promote an anti-racist culture at tails.com.

Building an inclusive culture is such a collaborative process and I wanted to be there every step of the way. My passion really stems from getting to be the representation that, up until now, I'd never seen before, and that's really important to me.
