Our groups and committess

Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity at tails.com is for people who are neurodiverse and provides a space for sharing advice, problems and most importantly memes. As well as supporting neurodiverse people in the group we provide education and support for the rest of the company on a range of neurodiversity topics.
LGBTQ+

The LGBTQ+ Group at tails.com provides a private, by invitation only, space for pack members to simply be themselves. Not everyone in the group is out and there’s no obligation to share anything you might not be comfortable with. Members of our LGBTQ+ Group also have a hand in planning our Pride celebrations each year.
Diversity & Inclusion

D&I steering group - which sets the direction and action plan for diversity & inclusion at tails.com. In this group, we’ve discussed topics like gender identity and how to make people feel welcome and included when joining tails.com.
Black Lives Matter

Black Lives Matter workgroup - which is focused on increasing our knowledge of the impact of racial inequalities so that we actively promote an anti-racist culture at tails.com.

It’s helped me understand myself better, and been an incredibly valuable safe place to chat with those who really understand. It helps me bring the focus back to work and it has also helped my personal life too as I can get out frustrations and let go of all that's in my busy brain!
