We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to join the Product team at, to be a customer-led champion of our digital products.

Reporting to Ben, our Senior Product Manager, you will be the Product Manager leading one of our squads - delivering improvements to our onboarding journey and helping customers discover and try more of our products. This means figuring out what we should be building through smart discovery and prioritisation, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver change, and closing the loop by measuring success, and ensuring that we’re always learning.


Product managers at wear many hats – including:

  • Acting as owner of the digital product roadmap & backlog for a given area
  • Being accountable for driving a series of key business metrics
  • Managing ongoing prioritisation of a backlog, ranking based on impact
  • Connecting the dots between our digital product and service experience
  • Creating hypothesis-led requirements, backed by insight
  • Working with UX/UI designers, a dedicated team of developers, and other stakeholders to deliver change
  • Ensuring impact is measurable, and learning is constant

You will also be working closely with other members of the award-winning team including Marketing, Operations and Customer Support teams.

The role

This role will focus on continuously optimising the foundations of our digital customer experience, acting as Product Manager for the “Growth” squad. This is a cross-functional team that drives and creates a truly tailor-made start to life as a customer. This includes product ownership of our signup flow, which drives our proprietary algorithm and allows us to create each dog a tailor-made blend, and product attachment of our delicious and nutritious range in signup and in-life

The role is varied, and includes managing a backlog of activities to optimiste our on-site conversion rate and running ongoing A/B testing on our signup funnel.
