We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and data led marketing executive to join our expanding Performance Marketing team.
You’ll be in a high impact commercial role, making an important contribution to our growth plans at home and abroad. Driving some key acquisition channels, with high growth potential, rigorous testing and learning will be essential to success.
You’ll deliver direct response campaigns across print and digital, working closely with the rest of the marketing and creative team.
Tails.com launched in July 2014 with the aim of changing the face of pet food in the UK and beyond. We are already well on our way to achieving this, with over 80,000 customers across the UK and ambitious growth plans in place. Reporting to the performance marketing manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Acquiring new customers and improving the efficiency of three key marketing channels - affiliates, customer referrals and inserts
Liaising with affiliate partners to ensure a full programme of activity and looking after the day to day running of affiliate campaigns
Developing print and online assets, from briefing copy and creative, to analysing performance and providing feedback for landing pages, affiliate banners, emails and so on
Analysing and reporting on success of performance marketing campaigns across your channels
Improving performance through testing and learning - for example through new landing pages, print creative or new affiliate partners
This role is perfect if:
You’re a good communicator - prepared to pick up the phone and chase leads, negotiate deals and follow up on campaign performance
You’re target driven - always analysing past campaigns for ROI and using these learnings to estimate impact of future activity
You have previous experience in one of the following - affiliates, customer referral programmes, inserts
