Job description

We’re – experts in keeping dogs happy and healthy. We believe every pet is different and so we make tailor-made nutrition catering for the individual needs of each dog. We do that by asking owners a few simple questions, creating the perfect recipe and feeding plan for their dog – then delivering straight to their door. Now delivering over 4 million custom-designed meals every month across the UK.

We’re part of the Future Fifty network, proud of the awards we’ve won and our Glassdoor reviews, but we are constantly looking for what more we could do to develop. At the moment we are 80 people and 2018 will be another year of rapid growth.

We’re looking for a brilliant Office Manager to come join us and help us create a great employee experience in our current and new Richmond office!

Join our mission

The primary focus for this role is to support our Richmond office but together with Amelia, our Office Superhero at our factory in Heathrow, you’ll ensure we have a united approach to the environment across both sites. You will be reporting to Henrik, Head of People.

Some of the key responsibilities you'll hold are:

  • Manage our current Richmond office and make it run like clockwork until we hand it over. Make sure it’s neat, tidy and fully stocked
  • Manage and coordinate our office move, from a smaller to a larger office in Richmond. Very exciting!
  • Together with Kim, our People Assistant, manage new starters to make sure that they have all the resources they need on day one (i.e. desk, chair, computer, access to everything)
  • Organise our next “doubling party”, an event where we celebrate we’ve doubled in growth
  • Support with some basic bookkeeping and managing of ordering of

You'll be a real people person, bursting with energy from day one. Working with a team will come naturally to you, so living the values will suit you well. This is a role where no task will be too big or too small for you. From planning a party for 100 people, to tidying up in the kitchen, you'll be able to roll up your sleeves and get things done. With a background in running an office you'll have a real drive to produce results with a smile.
