Marketing Manager - New Ventures

to develop communications and engagement with the vet community

We’re – experts in keeping dogs happy and healthy. We believe every pet is different and so we make tailor-made nutrition catering for the individual needs of each dog. We do that by asking owners a few simple questions, creating the perfect recipe and feeding plan for their dog  – then delivering straight to their door.

As a mission-driven company that puts health and wellness of dogs first, we understand how important vet practice teams are to the UK’s dogs. Now delivering over 4 million custom-designed meals every month across the UK, we’re looking for a brilliant marketer to come join us as marketing lead for the vet community - with potential to expand to groomers, breeders and trainers too! Join our mission

You will help us define how drives awareness, understanding and adoption of within the veterinary community.

We want you to plan campaigns and events, develop our PR, social media and content marketing, and seek feedback from the vet community. This is broad marketing and comms role so you’ll need to be as comfortable planning and booking sponsorships as you are meeting vets in the field, publishing a blog, managing a contact database, and analysing campaign performance.

Together with Sean, our Head Vet, you will grow the community of qualified and engaged vets that understand and value When you go to events and shows you will represent and take all opportunities to recruit veterinary customers to



You are cross-trained across digital and offline marketing with strong examples of driving growth through social media and content marketing. Through your communication style you build trustful relationships within the community.

This is a role where you get to combine strategic thinking  together with your result oriented approach. Analysing data and thinking commercially about goals  comes naturally to you.

Preferably, but not mandatory, you have exposure or knowledge of the veterinary sector. If you have experience in using CRM systems, e.g. Hubspot, it’s a plus.
